When reviewing your insurance health plan options, be sure to ask if the insurance plan limits your access to certain doctors or hospitals. Doctors, hospitals and other providers may be in one of the company's provider networks, but not in others. Also, be sure to review the number of primary care physicians and specialists available to you and the geographic locations of those providers.
